The Broadmoor Clubhouse was built in the style of a log cabin hunting lodge, in honor of the neighborhood being located on the grounds of Colonel Rebsmasen's former hunting preserve. Due to its historic nature and importance to the neighborhood, its care and upkeep are top priorities for the BPOA. In 2020 the Clubhouse received specialized work to repair damaged logs and replace the porch roof. The Clubhouse also had a new air-conditioner and thermostat installed in 2020.

The Clubhouse has previously been reserved for private events, such as club meetings, birthday parties, etc. The BPOA has currently paused renting out the BPOA due to renovations and repairs needed to the amenities.
