Judith Crouch has claimed Arkansas as home since 1957 when her family moved to accommodate her father’s employment. Her education, however, began in a one-room schoolhouse in eastern Kansas. Moving to North Little Rock and going to grade school there was a culture shock. In 1972, she graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a BSE in education and library science. Judith moved into Broadmoor in 2000. The neighborhood had a familiar look since her parents' first home in North Little Rock was also in a neighborhood by developer E.L. Fausett.
Her career path has included teaching school, working on a church staff, time in the Arkansas Governor’s Office, political campaigns and political action committees, and ending with her retirement in 2018 from the Office of the Arkansas Secretary of State where she served as the Human Resources Director.
Her passions include serving to further the cause of Christ through local churches, traveling when possible discovering Arkansas and outside of the US, mostly in Central America. You can send her an email at welovebroadmoor@gmail.com
