Hello University District Community:
You are receiving this email either because you have attended a previous UA Little Rock Growing Healthy Communities University District wellness fair or you are a community partner who resides within the University District Community.
This year instead of an in-person wellness fair, we have gathered health information (e.g., videos and other resources) to create a brief online experience (e.g., health awareness knowledge check quiz). This is designed to enhance your health and wellness knowledge. This year there is an option included in which you can identify some personal wellness/fitness goals you would like to select for yourself to strive to achieve over the upcoming year.
University District residents who complete the knowledge check will be eligible for a free one-year gym membership to the UA Little Rock Fitness Center. This membership will be active for a full calendar year (January-December 31, 2023). The free gym membership is only available to University District residents who meet the eligibility requirements. Residents must supply proof of their physical address within the university district neighborhood boundaries and complete the knowledge check quiz. Open enrollment is currently available now until December 31, 2022. Residents who do not register during the open enrollment period will have to wait until next year's enrollment period for consideration for free membership.
